Values reflected in my approach:

  • Connection We do not live in isolation. Problems can be understood and solved more readily when viewed within the context of relationships and culture and without judgment.

  • Meaning Satisfaction with life is often accompanied by a sense of purpose. This can potentially be accomplished through the exploration of existential questions.

  • Wholeness A holistic approach honors information received not only from the mind, but also from the body and the spirit.

  • Compassion Having compassion for oneself, as well as for others, fosters the healing process.

  • Self-discovery Learning about oneself and increasing self-awareness is a lifelong process.

  • Underlying Issues   While managing symptoms can be helpful, finding the root causes beneath those symptoms can be a key to lasting change.
