Meaning Satisfaction with life is often accompanied by a sense of purpose. This can potentially be accomplished through the exploration of existential questions.
Wholeness A holistic approach honors information received not only from the mind, but also from the body and the spirit.
Compassion Having compassion for oneself, as well as for others, fosters the healing process.
Self-discovery Learning about oneself and increasing self-awareness is a lifelong process.
Underlying Issues While managing symptoms can be helpful, finding the root causes beneath those symptoms can be a key to lasting change.
